bellybutton - a mail order company that specializes in fashion for pregnant women, young mothers and their babies. The fulfillment services are entirely being handled by PVS.
Incoming orders (by phone, in writing or directly through the integrated e-shop) are inputted into the PVS distribution logistics system. They are then processed and readied for shipment either by mail or using trusted freight forwarding partners. The mode of shipping selected depends on the distribution channel to be used: either B2B or B2C. We also handle the returns and the accounts receivable management. An extensive reporting system helps with media evaluation and is the basis of efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
